A blend of essential oils traditionally used to suport good health and promote a healthy immune system during fall and winter. 

The oils in this formulation have been found, historically and in studies, to be helpful in supporting the immune and respiratory systems.

Add 3-5 drops to a diffusor, bath or tissue and inhale deeply. Use as desired. For symptomatic relief add 3-4 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale steam.
